Who we are
Welcome. My name is Davide, I am a small artisan from Turin, raised in a family of pastry chefs with a love for the local ingredients. Since 2010, I have decided to devote myself to food that has always given moments of happiness: Chocolate, starting distribution in large events, at Eataly and online. In 2015, participation in the Cocoa and Chocolate Cluster of the Expo Milano made me fall in love with the idea of following the entire manufacturing process starting from the selection of beans to get to the bar, the so-called "bean to bar".
